About the Blogger

Mary Grace Donaldson (or Gracie, as friends call her) is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Public Communications and Media Studies at Fordham University in Bronx, NY. She holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies and Religious Studies from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Gracie has been a featured columnist at Catholic News Agency's Catholic Womanhood column. You can find her work here at CNA's website. She is also an active community thespian, starring in productions as well as working as a stage manager and producer.

Since co-founding a university group sponsored by the anti-trafficking organization Love146, Gracie has been an advocate for the abolition of all those enslaved by human trafficking. After completing her undergraduate degree, Gracie has been searching for a venue to continue work against trafficking, and to spread awareness of this problem that exists both overseas and here at home. She hopes one day to adopt a child who would otherwise be a victim of trafficking.
